Absolutely Incredible Experience Thanks to Sandy! I had an amazing time at Main Event, and a huge part of that was because of Sandy. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and excited to be there. His energy was infectious, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly—from helping us get set up to checking in and making sure we were having fun.

Me and my son attended a birthday party here, it was a lot of fun highly recommended. We will definitely be back again sometime in the future.

A must see if needing a safe place for teenagers they have Security walking around which makes you feel safe with your family

I had an amazing experience at Main Event, all thanks to Sandy! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group was taken care of. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping us have a great time. Whether it was setting us up with our lanes, answering our questions, or just checking in to see if we needed anything, Sandy made the whole visit stress-free and fun. Katherine was also great! She helped us with our order, checked on us throughout our time there, and made sure we were always taken care of. Both of them were friendly, attentive, and made our experience truly enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back! Employees like both of them make all the difference — I’ll definitely be back soon!

We had an awesome time bowling and playing laser tag. My husband my 13 year old daughter and i went on April 7th 2025. It was my birthday and our first time going. One of the manager's I think helped us out so much and was just so kind. We had ran out of time bowling and asked for a little more time and since it was a Monday madness night that we didn't know about and it was my birthday she gave us the Monday madness bracelets for the rest of the night no more charge to us. This allows you to bowl and play laser tag and shoot pool all night long. So if you go on Monday night ask for the Monday madness deal its 12.99 a person. Which is a deal. I appreciated her kindness so much. Wish I remembered her name We look forward to going back again really soon. They are also doing kids bowling free event this summer. I brought my daughter here for her 13th birthday party. It was a really great time, for the most part. There were a couple of hiccups, but nothing to get too upset about. The people that had the table before us took their sweet ole time to leave, so we were stuck at the bowling lanes just sitting there. The staff should have made them move, but they are kids that are hosting the events, so they don't know how to handle conflict resolution quite yet. Other than that, the pizza was decent for a birthday party place, the different experiences were a lot of fun, the games were unique, and laser tag was the best! My daughter had such an amazing time, her friends loved her for including them, and the host, Kristen, was an absolute gem! If you can, I'd recommend requesting her if you go. I know I will! One huge negative part is the way they do their pricing. On top of how expensive it is, it's even more. But you don't see that until after you reserve the party, send out invites, and you and kid(s) get super excited for it. After a day or two, they send an email with the bill that you have to sign, and included in the bill is a 38 service charge. It's just another made-up fee that greedy corporations do to bleed you dry of every cent they can get. I don't blame the people who work at the event center. It's their corporate overlords who tell them what to do and answer to their stakeholders. Anywho, it was too late to decide against it by the time I saw that, so I felt I still needed to go. So just be forewarned: the parties are already crazy expensive, but they sneak in an extra 38 dollars on top of that. Again, I paid it, and then I also gave a healthy tip. I just didn't like how they handled their pricing on the front end. I'm sure glad we came anyways. It was a great experience overall and everyone with us had a great time. I definitely recommend them!

Jason helped make this wonderful ice cream Sunday for my friends birthday! Devon from the bar made many drinks for us and we had so much fun bowling! Love this place! Also we forgot a candle and Jason help with that!

We were at Main Event in Little Rock this past weekend and had such a great time! Huge shout-out to Thomas Nevin, the Games Operational Manager! Thomas was super friendly, helpful, and really made sure everything was running smoothly. You could tell he genuinely cared about guests having fun. The arcade was clean, everything worked great, and Thomas was on top of it all. He definitely helped make our visit even better. Thanks, Thomas!
